●Specially designed for PLASTIC/PLASTIC, AL coating, AL/PLASTIC as substrate.
●As fine peeling strength after curing and heat sealing strength with stable friction factor.
●Applicable to structure of transparent film, printed film, AL foil, PA, PE composite, for example puffed food packaging.

Megabond(Huangshan) adhesive Co.Ltd., founded in 1994, with a registered capital of RMB 14.9 million yuan, specialized in manufacturing and marketing polyurethane adhesives for laminated films in flexible packaging, is a national backbone enterprise of the new materials for flexible packaging in the state high-tech industrialization base in Huangshan and the member unit of China Naitonal Adhesives Industry Association. In 2018, with the embodiment of the occupation health safety management system to the quality and environment, and along with the operation of the Integration of informatization and industrialization, as well as the positive development of high-tech products, Megabond has already been awarded three authorized national invention patents and four patents in the substantive approval stage. At present Megabond has the capability of producing 10000 tons per year; with the establishment of Plant II project invested RMB35 million yuan, the Plant II Project will be able to fulfill the automation and dustfree of the workshop, as well as to establish a modern unmanned warehouse. The Plant II project can achieve an anual output of 30000 tons. Through the establishment of the Plant II project, Megabond will be laying a solid foundation for fashion trend direction, featured by improving product with high technology content, high value-added and with no pollution, which is also very important to the flammable liquid chemical production industry in the future, increasing the core competence of enterprise.
