●Fine bonding for PLASTIC/PLASTIC, PAPER/PLASTIC, AL COATING FILM composite, with good softening and relieving from the migration of aluminum coating transfering.
●suitable for lamination of the substrate like AL coating layer and clear film.
●Applicabel to multi-layers film in soft packaging, like biscuit or snack pouch packaging.

Curing condition | No needed to cure for the structure of OPP(PET)/VMCPP or thinner film. it can be slit after cooling off 4hrs at least. Under normal condtion, it’s possible to cure 6~12 hrs after the lamination with the temperature at 45±5℃; In the winter it’s needed to prolong the curing time if the temperature is lower. |
Cleaning & maintenance | In case a short stop is needed in the process of running, the gluing roller of the film laminating machine should be kept running and immersed in the glue. In case a long stop is needed, it’s needed to put the remained glue in the machine back to the sealed bucket for storage and to clean the gluing roller immediately. After the production, it’s necessary to clean up the glue residue on the roller, etc for fear the glue residue will be more difficult to clean up when solidifying. If the solidified glue on the machine is occurred, it’s possible to use a proper amount of ethyl acetate or butanone as cleaner. The gluing roller should be cleaned up regularly for avoiding the blocking of the screen. |
