Solventless adhesives’ advantages:
- applicable to porpous surfaces
- high operation speed
- medium price level
- solvent-free operation
- low cost of operation(without solvent recycling and low work safety conditions)
- lower investment cost(more complicated machinery)
Solventless adhesives’ disadvantages:
- lower initial tack
- lower temperature/hydrolisis resistance
- high viscosity - low adhesive cosating weight - low adhesion strength
Application range:
- high performance solventless adhesive: highest filling good resistance on Al foil, boiling and sterilization resistance on Al foil up to 121℃/30min.
- medium performance solventless adhesive: film/film up to pasteurization, highest safety, wider film range.
- general use solventless adheisve: No pasteurization, no boiling, no sterilization, suitable for various films.
