1. The compounding method is dry compounding, that is, the laminating machine should adopt a dry compounding machine with drying tunnel and heating by the compound roller.
2. The temperature of the drying tunnel is about 60-95℃. The temperature of the composite pressure roller is about 40-70℃, and the composite pressure is about 8-20 kg.
3. It is recommended that the glue be dried to 70% to 90% dry under allowable conditions. Under this condition, the composite product has higher brightness and faster speed. Under this compounding condition, the temperature of the compound pressure roller should be lowered to below 50℃ to prevent the compound product from appearing large bubbles; the pressure should be slightly lowered so that the glue is not squeezed out.
4. For printing gold and silver products, inks and gold and silver cardboard that are prone to discoloration, the glue must be completely dried.
5. When the glue is completely dried, the temperature of the composite pressure roller is as high as possible without scalding the film, and the higher the pressure is, the better.
