Aluminized film composite adhesive refers to the adhesive that combines PET and coated paper and other papers. Generally, the non-aluminized surface of PET is coated with glue and compounded with paper.
Aluminized film composite adhesives are generally water-based acrylic polymer emulsions. It is required to have strong adhesion to PET.
In order to improve the operability of the aluminized film composite adhesive, additives such as leveling agent and defoaming agent are generally added.
1. Clean the laminating machine and pour the glue into the glue storage tank for recycling or directly into the glue tank. The temperature in the drying tunnel is 70-95℃, and the operating speed is about 30-50m/min.
2. The glue amount is about 5-10 grams per square meter, the air humidity is 60% when the air humidity is 25 degrees, and the paper humidity is 16-20%; the glue amount of the DL-BZX type aluminized film composite adhesive is 7 grams per square meter .
3. The remaining glue at both ends of the rubber roller is rolled for a long time, and then enters the glue tank after curing. With the rubber roller, it may cause the composite cardboard to have small and irregular particles. In order to prevent this phenomenon, circular gluing should be used, and a nylon filter cloth of about 200 mesh should be tied on the pump head of the circulating pump to filter the glue before use.
4. When the start-up time is long, if there are too many bubbles in the glue tank, it may cause partial lack of glue on the rubber roller. The special defoamer of our factory can be used for spray defoaming or use after mixing.
5. In humid weather, the humidity is too high and the curing speed of the glue is too slow. It can be adjusted by appropriately reducing the machine speed or appropriately increasing the temperature of the drying tunnel.
6. If the four corners of the composite cardboard are lifted up, it may be caused by too much glue, which causes the shrinkage stress of the glue layer to be too large. Or because the paper jam itself has a high moisture content, it should be properly controlled.
