DESCRIPTION
●High green bonding and good reistance to chemical, heat; fine coating performance.
●Applicable to the composite structure of PET/AL, PET/CU, such as ventilation ducting, AL foil Mylar Tape, etc.
●Products conform to the National food safety standards (GB9685) and regulations of adhesive for food package stipulated by China adhesive industry association.

Operation Conditions: To begin with dilution by adding solvent into the Main agent as per required solid content, and mixing the solution entirely. Secondly a good mixture by adding the Curing agent into the solution should be made before it can be used. The Ethyl acetate is the first choice as a solvent. (The water content of ethyl acetate should not exceed 0.03%, and the alcohol content should not exceed 0.02%. )Generally the solid content of the adhesive is to be suggested at 25 to 32%. The solid content and quantity of the adhesive should be defined as per the properties of laminated films, conditions of silicon roller and so on. | ||

POT LIFE
●Ensure all well-prepared adhesive solution should be consumed in 8 hours, and the remained adhesive solution should not be used any longer in principle. In case there are a large quantites of the adhesive solution to be remained, it is possible to make use of ethyl acetate or fresh adhesive solution to dilute in multiple times and store in a cool and unopened condition. It can be reused by mixing with the newly prepared adhesive solution in a small quantities, but a calculation of mixture ratio and working concentration should be made before actual use.
●In case the adhesive solution in storage is in such conditions as white turbidity, translucent or obviously thickened, then it should no longer be used.
DELIVERY & STORAGE
●The products are inflammable, It is a must to transport and store as dangerous articles.
●It’s essential to take precautions against fire, heat , direct sun exposure or defected packaging during delivery or transportation. (The products must be handled with care in loading. )
●It’s essential to keep the product away from heat, fire, moisture and direct sun exposure. It should be stored in cool, dry, well-ventilated, indoor place (10-30)℃.
●It is prohibited to mix with water, alcohol, ammoniacal or other activated hydrogen liquid.
