Generally PU Laminating adhesive is composed of main agent (base) and curing agent (hardener), Specialized in laminating or coating different plastic films such as PET, PA, CPP, PE with metalized film layer like VMPET or VMCPP, or with aluminum foil layer as substrate for different uses of film packaging, which can be widely used for food packaging. According to the market of packaging currently, the packaging material can be mainly divided into 7 composite film structures:

1. Boiling & retorting pouch food packaging:

(BOPA/CPP, PET/CPP, PA/AL/CPP, PET/AL/CPP, PET/PA/AL/CPP)

2. Puffed food packaging:

(BOPP/VMCPP)

3. Biscuit food packaging:

(BOPP/EXPE/VMPET/EXPE/S-CPP)

4. Milk powder packaging:

(BOPP/VMPET/S-PE)

5. Tea bag packaging:

(BOPP/AL/PE, BOPP/VMPET/PE)

6. Coffee power packaging:

(PET/PE/AL/PE, PA/VMPET/PE)

7. Beverage packaging:

(PET/CPP, BOPA/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/AL/CPP, PET/AL/PA/CPP, PA/AL/CPP)

The variety of flexible packaging products that are availabe today would not be possible without good quality laminating adhesives with required properties for different film structures.

Nowadays the use of a single layer plastic film may not satisfy the demand of the packaging application, so a laminated film including two, three or more layers may provide the most required performance.
